Delivery Area
We currently offer local delivery within a 20 km radius of our store location in Metro Vancouver. Delivery availability is determined based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on order value and product type, as outlined below:
Orders with a total value under $100:
- Orders containing furniture items: $50 delivery fee
- Orders without furniture items: $20 delivery fee
Orders with a total value of $100 or more:
- Orders without furniture items: Free delivery
- Orders containing furniture items: $50 delivery fee
Furniture Items
Furniture items require special handling and logistics. As a result, a flat delivery fee applies to furniture deliveries regardless of order value.
Extended Distance & Special Arrangements
If your delivery address is located beyond the standard 20 km delivery radius, or if we determine that delivery cannot be completed through our regular delivery service, please contact us by phone or email. In some cases, alternative delivery arrangements may be available and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our store location during regular business hours. Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
