Ceremonial Blue Glaze ( (also known as Jiqing Blue, Jilan, or Ji Blue) was a glaze color used in the imperial kilns during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Complemented by the imperial court’s exclusive technique of color-ground stacking white. The blue and white glazes reflect each other, with delicate bamboo shadows and mountain rocks vividly depicted on the vessel.
